HTML5 as xhtml+xml

Below is some bad/weird markup that tests the way domFormat handle various HTML snippets.

UPPER CASE DIV
some text before a div
text1 text1 & text1 text1
text2 text2 text3 text4 text4 text5
some text after that same div
text at the end of c-data]]>
If it's red, it's HTML. Green is XHTML.
Weird div capitalization
